A quick guide to getting from Fiumicino airport to Civitavecchia cruise port

Transportation between Fiumicino and Civitavecchia
Getting there by Taxi
There is a fixed fare with an official Rome taxi of €120 between Fiumicino Airport to the entrance of the port in Civitavecchia. From there you will have to walk to the Cruise.
Taking a train
After arriving at Fiumicino Airport and picking up your luggage, follow the signs to the Railway Station, you'll have to go up 2 floors to find it. Here you can buy your ticket for the Leonardo Express at the counter or you can use one of the kiosks.
The train departs every 30 minutes and the cost of the ticket is €14 per person one-way. It will take half an hour to arrive to Roma Termini (Central Station).
After arriving in Rome Termini you have to take a train to Civitavecchia. You have three options, one regular train and two fast ones. Those are the same options from Civitavecchia to Rome but opposite direction, you can check the options here.
After arriving at Civitavecchia Train Station you will have to walk to the port, it will take you about 20 minutes. However you should think twice before you choose this option, especially on a hot sunny day.
When you arrive to Termini Station you will find all the cruises shuttles, currently all the Cruise lines charge €66 approximately per person for one-way transfer aboard a bus to the cruise port.
